hēRo3 is a specialized health app built to accelerate Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) models. The domain is complex — the users are specialists who think in clinical and economic frameworks. My job was to make the interface match their expertise, not fight it.

Working as Senior UX Designer via SCV Soft, I collaborated directly with stakeholders to understand the domain, identified the biggest friction points in existing flows, and redesigned them with consistency and accessibility at the core. I also ran regular design reviews and maintained documentation to keep the product coherent as it grew.

Visual Consistency

Design system
One shared language across a technically complex product. Components that behave the same way everywhere — so users stop thinking about the interface and focus on the work.

User-centric Design Decisions

Prototyping
Weekly meetings with stakeholders to present various user flow options, allowing them to determine the most usable and beneficial solutions for their needs.

Constant Iteration

Work in progress
The team at hēRo3 consistently sought ways to enhance the user experience within the app's complex environment. For instance, multiple options for a new login screen were considered to ensure optimal usability.

Redesigns

Context
A few months after the initial redesign of some flows at hēRo3, I was tasked with refining and enhancing parts of the application. The objective was to further improve user experience and interface consistency based on evolving requirements and user feedback.

The redesign resulted in a more cohesive and user-friendly application that met the high standards of the stakeholders and upper management alike.

My Contributions
A few months after the initial redesign of some flows at hēRo3, I was tasked with refining and enhancing parts of the application. The objective was to further improve user experience and interface consistency based on evolving requirements and user feedback.

User-Centric Enhancements -> While the initial design laid a solid foundation, I worked on integrating additional user feedback to refine and enhance the interface, ensuring it was more intuitive and consistent.

Developer Collaboration -> Conducted design reviews for developers’ ongoing work and performed consistency checks on already developed features to ensure alignment with the design vision.
