Syntracts was a contract AI platform that turned legal documents into structured, searchable data for legal, finance and operations teams. The product was powerful but hard to picture: most of its value happened inside documents nobody outside the company would ever see.
They needed a website that could show, in a few seconds of scrolling, what the product actually did — and look credible enough for legal buyers who don't take risks on software.
My role
I designed and built the site end to end in Framer, from structure and visual direction to interactions and launch, without a developer. I started from a Framer template for the base structure and reworked the layout, visual language and components to fit the product.
Scope of Work
Show, don't describe
Instead of paragraphs explaining extraction and validation, I built animated components that act out the product: a contract query that runs and fills a comparison table, an accuracy graph that builds as you scroll, and a hub diagram showing how legal, finance and ops teams connect through the platform.
A visual language for abstract ideas
Contract data doesn't have an obvious image. I created a set of animated abstractions generating the base shapes with AI and refining and animating them in Claude, so every visual pointed back to a real product feature.
Designed to be maintained
Built with reusable Framer components and a small set of styles, so the team could update copy and pages without coming back to me for every change.
Closing note - Syntracts closed in May 2026, a few months after launch. This page documents the site as it went live.
